About this tool

What this tool does

Turns any PDF into a fillable form: field areas are defined by dragging a frame on the page preview, with a type (text/dropdown), required status, and name set per field.

How it works

Upload the PDF, drag a field area on the page preview, set the field name/type/required status (plus the answer options for a dropdown), add more fields, download the finished form.

Privacy

This operation runs directly in your browser. Your file never leaves your device.

Limitations

Supports text and dropdown fields. Checkbox and radio-group fields aren't currently offered. There's no embedded format validation (e.g. digits only) — the PDF format only offers that via embedded JavaScript, which many readers block.
