Scope

These terms apply to the use of the free tools on converterfleet.com and app.converterfleet.com, operated by Elektronikhandel Michael Gräf (see Imprint for details).

Description of service

ConverterFleet provides PDF and image tools plus a fee calculator free of charge. No contractual relationship exists that obligates permanent availability or error-free operation of the tools. For server-processed tools, the retention and deletion periods stated in the privacy policy also apply.

Your obligations

You must not use the tools to process unlawful content or harm third parties, and must not attempt to circumvent technical safeguards or usage limits.

Limitation of liability

Use is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or unavailability of the tools, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. For server-processed files, deletion follows the periods stated in the privacy policy — retention or recovery beyond that is excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms if the tools offered or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.

Governing law

German law applies. To the extent legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered address as stated in the Imprint.
